Returns, Refunds and Exchanges and Cancellations

 Your satisfaction is our only goal. We want you to love your April's Garden designs as much as we loved creating them for you.

Each and every April’s Garden purchase is handmade especially for you. Should you decide to return your purchase for any reason, just contact us within 3 business days of receipt of your order to receive a return authorization. Buyer is responsible for return shipping fees.

PLEASE Keep the wreath tied to the original box  and return it to us, insured, within 5 business days of receipt of your order for a refund, exchange or store credit, less the cost of shipping and handling. If you received an incorrect order or your order is damaged, shipping and handling will be credited. Items must be returned in the original box with the original packing as damaged returns will not be accepted.

 ** If a wreath is returned without contacting us first, there will be an automatic 20% restocking fee.

** If you received "free shipping" on your order, shipping charges of $24.95 will be deducted from the sale of the item before we issue a refund.

** If you'd like to exchange your wreath, shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.

** Exception: Seasonal and holiday wreaths (Valentine's Day, Easter, Fourth of July, Thanksgiving, or Christmas) are NONrefundable if the wreath arrives within 14 days prior to the specific holiday.

 All of our designs are carefully inspected and sent with adequate packing materials.  If you receive your design damaged and there is visible damage to the outer box, please file a claim directly with UPS or USPS within 24 hours. No claims for damage will be accepted without a claims confirmation number issued by UPS or USPS. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to keep all packing materials and boxes for inspection by UPS. It is helpful to take some pictures before you remove the design if there is visible damage to the outer packing. Once we receive notification from UPS that an inspection has been performed, we will immediately replace the merchandise. Our wreaths are all one of a kind, so in the event of a damaged item, we will make every effort to duplicate as closely to the original as possible. Some substitution of materials may be necessary. Please call us if you have questions. We are happy to help you. And we promise not to bite.

 In-stock Orders may only be canceled if the item has not yet shipped. You must contact customer service in order to determine if shipping has taken place. After shipping has occurred, please refer to our return policy.

Cancellations cannot be accepted on custom orders if the order has already been accepted and finalized by the client.
