Shipping Information
Each of our products are one-of-a-kind. You will receive the item pictured. The shipping cost of each wreath is displayed on the product page.
For all items eligible for free shipping, the shipping cost will be deducted at checkout. If your chose to return your item, the shipping fee of $24.95 will be deducted from your refund.
All in-stock orders are shipped within 1 to 3 business days. We currently ship to the USA only. Due to Covid-19 there may be delays in shipping due to carrier services.
Should you wish to receive your April’s Garden order sooner, please contact our customer service department at 856-797-3436 Monday 10:00 am to 6:00 pm EST for instructions. Custom orders will ship as soon as the design is finished. We will let you know when you place your custom order the time frame in which it will be completed.
We try our best to ship our designs in a timely manner though on occasion some delays may occur. If this happens, you will be notified within one business day of any delay associated with your order.
All of our designs are carefully inspected and sent with adequate packing materials. If there is a problem of any kind with your order, please contact us within 3 business days of receiving it. We will tell you how to proceed. If there is any visible damage to the outer packaging that has resulted in damage to your order, the claims for damage will go directly to UPS or USPS. No claims for damage will be accepted without a claims confirmation number issued by UPS or USPS. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to keep all packing materials and boxes for inspection by the carrier. Once we receive notification from UPS that an inspection has been performed, we will immediately replace the merchandise.
